公司受银行委托翻译贷款合同节选

________（以下称甲方）与中国某银行________（以下称乙方）双方协商达成以下委托贷款协议：

一、甲方愿将自主使用的资金人民币________万元（大写）存入乙方，并委托乙方以贷款方式贷给________有偿使用。
