1、曝气生物滤池(EP-BAF)工艺技术
曝气生物滤池(Biological aerated filter),简称BAF,不仅具有生物膜工艺技术的优势,同时也起着有效的空间过滤作用,是近10年开发的一种新型的生物膜法处理技术,目前在欧美和日本等国家已有上千座大小各异的污水处理厂应用了这种工艺.广泛应用于城市污水、小区生活污水、化工废水和食品加工废水、酿造等有机废水处理及深度处理,具有去除SS、CODcr、BOD5、硝化与反硝化、脱氮除磷、除去AOX(有害物质)的作用,其最大特点是集生物氧化和截留悬浮固体于一体,并节省了后续二次沉淀池。该工艺具有有机物容积负荷高、水力负荷大、水力停留时间短、出水水质高等特点,因而所需占地面积小、基建投资少、运行能耗及运行成本低。
1、Biological Aerated Filter (EP-BAF) Technology
Biological aerated filter, referred to as the BAF, not only has the advantages of biological technology, but also play an effective role in filtering space. It is a new developed type of biological treatment technology in the last 10 years. It has been widely used in urban wastewater, sewage district, chemical and food processing wastewater effluent, brewing, and other organic wastewater treatment and advanced treatment in thousands of different size of the sewage treatment plant in Europe, the United States, Japan and other countries. It has effect on wiping out SS, CODcr, BOD5, nitrification and de-nitrification, nitrogen and phosphorus
removal, AOX( Hazardous substances). Its the biggest feature is its collection of biological and interception of suspended solids in one and save the follow-up secondary sedimentation tank. The process has the character of high organic load capacity, hydraulic loading, short hydraulic retention time, higher water quality. So it required for small area, less investment in infrastructure, energy consumption and low running costs.
2、膜生物反应器(EP-MBR)
膜生物反应器(Membrane Bioreactor,简称MBR),是二十世纪末发展起来的水处理高新技术,它将膜分离技术与生物处理有机结合起来,主要应用于污水处理领域。由于它既利用了膜分离的选择透过性与高效性,又利用了生物处理有效性及彻底性,可直接回用。实践证明,EP-MBR型中水成套设备运行稳定,出水水质优良, 适用于对卫生标准要求严格的场所及污水的深度处理。
与传统的生物处理方法相比具有如下显著特点:
(1)工艺流程简单。
(2) 节省占地。
(3)出水水质好。
(4)几乎不需排泥。
(5)易于实现全自动控制。
(6)低投资、低运行费用。
(7)系统设计了膜自身抗污染措施,如从间歇出水、空曝气冲膜、结构上膜丝的松弛度等角度具有独特的设计思路,清洗周期较长。

MBR (Membrane Bioreactor, referred to MBR), it is a high-tech water treatment technology developed in the end of the 20th century. It membranes separation technology and biological treatment of organic integration, mainly used in sewage treatment areas. Because it used a membrane separation through the choice and efficiency and use of the biological treatment effectiveness and thoroughness, it can be directly reused. Practice has proved that, EP-MBR-complete sets of equipment running water in the stable, high quality water. It is suitable for places which requires the strict health standards and advanced waste treatment.
Compared with the traditional method of handling significantly, it has the following characteristics:
